I recently stayed at this hotel for a ski trip and I had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, even taking the time to personally show me to my room. The location was ideal, with easy access to the Village, ski lifts, and hiking trails. The included breakfast was tasty and the staff made me feel welcome by remembering my name. I was impressed by the multiple pools and hot tubs, as well as the convenient gym and spa facilities. A special mention to the grab-and-go breakfast option, which was a pleasant surprise.
I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a prime location, just steps away from the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens and the Gerald Ford Amphitheater. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with flowers everywhere, providing a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a delicious complimentary breakfast every morning, and the staff is welcoming and professional. The pool and hot tubs are a great way to relax after a day of exploring.
There were some missing amenities that were advertised, such as breakfast omelettes and afternoon cookies.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the ski school and the main village, making it easy to access the slopes and amenities. The rooms are spacious with plenty of storage space and some even have heated floors in the bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, with special mention to Maggie at the front desk. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast with a wide selection of foods and has a nice lobby area with a fireplace.
The furniture and decor in the rooms may not be as upgraded or updated as expected, and some units might have outdated elements like appliances and shower tile.

Great location near the slopes and ski school, perfect for families. The included breakfast had a great selection for everyone. The quiet rooms were a nice bonus. We will definitely return year after year.
The ski resort didn't groom the runs until our last day, which was a bit disappointing. It would be nice if the bathroom was slightly larger and if there were tables next to the couch for drinks and snacks.
